Our apartments require a security deposit for damage or breakages of £150 (GB Pound). The deposit must be paid with the Final Holiday Payment

Your deposit will be returned to you after inspection and confirmation from our Property Management Company that there has been no damages or breakages, please allow 7 to 10 days

APARTMENT / VILLA RENTAL:
Is charged at per weekly rates any additional days will be charged at the daily rate tariff see Price page

PAYMENTS AND DEPOSITS:
Deposit is 20%, Deposits are non-refundable if booking is cancelled. For payment by PayPal please add 2%. Balance payable 8 weeks prior to departure date.

LATE BOOKING:
If this booking is made within 8 weeks of departure the full amount is now due.

KEYS: Please collect and deposit your Aparrtment / Villa keys from the Complex Office, or as agreed with property management

LINEN: Linen is provided in the Apartments / Villa
