Your deposit will be returned to you after inspection and confirmation from our Property Management Company that there has been no damages or breakages, please allow 7 to 10 days

APARTMENT / VILLA RENTAL:
Is charged at per weekly rates any additional days will be charged at the daily rate tariff see Price page

PAYMENTS AND DEPOSITS:
Deposit is 20%, Deposits are non-refundable if booking is cancelled. For payment by PayPal please add 2%. Balance payable 8 weeks prior to departure date.

LATE BOOKING:
If this booking is made within 8 weeks of departure the full amount is now due.

KEYS: Please collect and deposit your Villa keys from the Complex Office, or as agreed with property management

LINEN: Linen and towels are provided
