BOOKING CONDITIONS

 

1. TO MAKE A BOOKING
Please check our availabilty calendars to check your chosen Apartment is available on the dates you require. We can then hold this provisionally until deposit payment is received, you may pay by credit/debit card or by Cheque If however your holiday is to take place within 2 weeks of booking, we will require you to pay full amount by credit/debit card at the time of booking

2. CONFIRMING YOUR BOOKING
A deposit of 20% per Apartment is required to confirm your booking. If however you are booking within 8 weeks of your holiday, payment must be made in full when confirming your holiday. Please note your Apartment is not confirmed until you have received confirmation from Bulgaria Apartment rental Your booking is made as a consumer and you accept that we cannot be liable for any business losses you may incur. You must be over 18 years of age at the time of making your booking.

3. BALANCE PAYMENT
The balance of your holiday is due at least 8 weeks prior to holiday commencement either by credit/debit card or by Cheque If however your holiday is to take place within 2 weeks of booking, we will require you to pay full amount by credit/debit card at the time of booking.
Non Payment of the final balance when it becomes due will constitute cancellation of the holiday and forfeiture of the deposit payment.


4. CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS
To recover the credit card company charges levied on the company, we levy a 2% surcharge and this will be added to any credit card payment.

5. HOLIDAY COST
The prices quoted are for 7 nights accommodation from the changeover date any additional days will be charged at the daily rate Tariff: see price page

6. SECURITY DEPOSIT
Our apartments require a security deposit for damage or breakages of £150 (GB pound). The deposit must be paid with Final Holiday Payment prior to your holiday commencement.
Your deposit will be returned to you after inspection and confirmation from Privilege Fort Beach Office that there has been no damages or breakages, please allow 7 to 10 days

7. OCCUPANCY
Your holiday group must not exceed the maximum number of people the property will sleep as detailed in the description. If it does the owner/caretaker can refuse to allow you to take possession of the property or make you leave before the end of the holiday. If this happens we will treat your holiday as cancelled by you and you will not be entitled to a refund of monies of compensation.

8. IF YOU WISH TO CANCEL YOUR BOOKING

You will need to let us know as soon as possible either by telephone or in writing (or must ensure your travel agent does so on your behalf). You will then receive a cancellation invoice, detailing any charges, as shown in our cancellation table. No booking is cancelled until such a cancellation invoice is issued by us, so you (or your travel agent) should ensure you receive one in order to avoid incurring extra costs.

The charges above apply to your total holiday price excluding any insurance premiums, amendment charges or charges for goods sold and dispatched. The conditions of your travel insurance policy may allow a refund claim.

9. IF WE CANCEL YOUR BOOKING

In the unlikely event that circumstances beyond the control of the Company necessitate the cancellation of the holiday arrangements the Company reserves the right to cancel any booking at any time and will only be liable to refund monies already paid by the Client.

10. YOUR RESPONSIBILITY

You undertake to report to the keyholder/hotelier, our representative or to us any deficiency in the accommodation or its contents on arrival, to exercise due and reasonable care in respect of your holiday accommodation and its contents, to leave it in a clean and complete condition, to respect local and on-site regulations and by-laws, to limit party numbers to those on your confirmation, to indemnify us against all loss or damage arising directly or indirectly from any act, default or omission of your party. Any serious abuse of a property or its contents may render you liable to eviction without compensation.

11. FORCE MAJEURE
Compensation payments will not apply where we cannot fulfil our obligations to our owners due to circumstances beyond our control. This would mean any event we or the owner cannot foresee with all due care, eg riots, war or threat of war, terrorist activity, civil strife, natural or nuclear disaster, industrial dispute, adverse weather conditions, fire epidemic or health risk and similar factors beyond our control.
