The 6 apartment complex is situated in the villa area of Albana above the famous black sea coastal resort.The area is very picturesque and quite. you reach the beach by going down some steps & further along a walkway is the blue flag beach of Albana & the nature reserve. In front of the apartments is a ravine & at night time the only sound to be heard is water trickling along. The ravine ends in a small waterfall going into the sea.
In the street there are hotels & villas, a local shop with a square & a seating area where the beer is 19p per pint, wine is 80p per bottle, champagne 66p per bottle,cigaretts 70p per packet.About 500 yards away there is a bus service into Albana Varna and Balchik.
Local amenities include,a wide choice of resturants, golf course, Kite surfing, fishing, bird watching,naturist beach, sailing, wind surfing, banana boat, jet ski, walking noddy train horse & cartrides etc.The main street in Albana is called Craft street which sells everything from paintings & crafts
to jewllery & toys.
The properties are 30 mins away from the nearest airport at VARNA
The apartments are English owned and run.

Receipt of a booking deposit of 75% is required.
Once the booking deposit has been received,
your booking will be confirmed via Email.

Payment
We can only hold the booking open for 7 days without reciept of deposit.
Rental period
In order to ensure the apartment is clean and ready for your arrival
and for the party following you, we specify that the rental begins at 2.00pm
(Local time) and ends at 12.00 am (local time) on the departure date.
We are happy to look after your luggage out with the period specified above.
Cancellation
The booking deposit is non-refundable once we have confirmed the booking via Email.
Liability
We cannot accept any liability whatsoever for any injury sustained by you or
any other visitor to the apartment, or for any loss or damage however caused to
any property brought onto the premises.
Please be advised you are liable for any damage to the apartment or it\'s contents.
Without restriction to the foregoing, we shall not be liable for any damage or loss
arising in connection with your stay.
Miscellaneous
The apartment will not be rented to anyone under the age of 18.
You must not allow pets or animals to stay in the apartment.
